HireWire is an experimental daily news digest researched, collated, and written with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Every edition undergoes human review and approval before publication. This statement explains how the content is produced and what you should bear in mind when reading it.
How Content Is Produced
Each edition is generated through a multi-step process:
- Research: An AI agent searches publicly available sources — news sites, industry blogs, academic publications, and official statements — for stories relevant to talent acquisition technology.
- Drafting: The AI synthesises the selected stories into article drafts following a structured format: a factual summary of the news, an explanation of why it matters for TA professionals, and suggested action points.
- Human Review: A human editor reviews every draft article before it is published. No content reaches the live site without human approval.
Important caveat: Both the AI-assisted research and the human review process are subject to error. The AI may misinterpret sources, miss important context, or produce inaccurate summaries. The human reviewer may miss errors or exercise imperfect judgement. Do not rely solely on this content for decisions affecting your career, your team, or your organisation.
